How long do the brownies stay fresh?

Our brownies are baked fresh and stay delicious for up to 2 weeks at room temperature, 1 month in the fridge, or up to 6 months if kept in the freezer.

When will my order ship?

To ensure maximum freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via expedited mail.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Currently, all of our brownies contain flour, eggs, and dairy. We are actively working on expanding our menu to include allergy-friendly options in the near future.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! As soon as your brownies leave our kitchen, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your treats right to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

How should I serve my Buckeye Brownies?

While they are great at room temperature, we highly recommend heating your brownie in the microwave for 15-20 seconds for a warm, gooey, 'just out of the oven' experience.
